Network-Based Strategies and Competencies

Networks are transforming business. The rise of networked organizations is challenging traditional views of strategy, core competencies and even the definition of the firm. New competencies are needed for this world of connection and collaboration. New strategies are needed to capitalize on the power of networks while producing value for all the players. The project draws together experts in diverse areas of business and from geopolitics to artificial intelligence to examine what we know about networks and their implications for business.
