An experimental MBA course on creativity designed to enhance the students’ creativity and ability to innovate, lead, and manage creative people. The course was based on a series of guest lectures and discussions with creative people from various fields, cited reviews of the relevant literature, hands on experience in applying various approaches for generating creative options and enhancing creativity, applications of creativity to selected management domains, and integration via a group project in which interdisciplinary teams of students generate a creative product/service/business/strategy. This course was taught in the spring of 2009. For the course syllabus, please click here.
